Designed to screw on in place of the hub nut cover and allow the hub to be removed from the axle in accordance with the OEM instructions.
- Applications include BPW ECO Plus 3 6-9 Tons.
- Internal thread M135 x 2.0mm.
- Heavy duty steel construction with robust force screw. 43mm hexagon drive on tool body & 30mm hex on the force screw.
- Equivalent to OEM 016.3.4.00045.
- Designed for use with hand tools only. NOT FOR AIR TOOL USE. Lubricate the force screw with molybdenum disulphide grease.

New HGV tools from Laser — BPW hub pullers
Laser Tools has just introduced two new hub pullers designed for the professional HGV technician who regularly works on BPW axle and suspension systems.
The 8768 hub puller is designed for BPW ECO Plus 3 systems and screws on in place of the hub cover allowing the hub to be removed from the axle in accordance with the OEM instructions. This puller has an internal thread of M135 x 2.0mm and is equivalent to the OEM 04 040 40 24 0.
The 8769 hub puller is designed for BPW ECO Plus 2 systems and works in the same way as the 8768. Applications include the ECO Plus and the ECO MAXX. This puller has an internal thread of M136 x 2.5mm and is equivalent to the OEM 902140375.
Both pullers are of a heavy-duty steel construction with a robust force screw which is designed for hand tools only — not to be used with air tools. 43mm hexagon drive on the tool body and 30mm hex on the force screw.
