Innovative wheel stud cleaning tool set

Wheel studs should be cleaned of dirt, corrosion and grease before refitting the wheels and wheel nuts — the usual rag or wire brush only does half the job and ends up being as dirty as the studs. There is a better way! This new wheel stud cleaning tool set from Laser Tools (part number 6602) offers a quick and easy solution to a very common workshop task.

Can be used by hand, or even better, with a cordless drill using the quick-chuck adaptor provided. Each brush is fitted with hundreds of tiny steel wires that scrub away dirt and corrosion in seconds. A quick whizz in and out leaves a professionally cleaned stud.

Six quick-change brushes are supplied in the set and fit both metric and Imperial studs: 12mm (7/16"), 13mm (1/2"), 14mm (9/16"), 16mm (5/8"), 22mm (7/8"), 28mm (1 1/8") — the larger sizes make this tool set particularly suitable for commercial vehicles. New brushes are available in all sizes in packs of five.
