New to the Laser Tools range is this rechargeable cordless hot-blade scraper (part number 8808), that makes easy work of removing stubborn stickers, labels, decals, gaskets, hardened sealant, etc, on glass, castings and other hard surfaces (not for painted surfaces). Powered by a 2400mAh Li-ion battery, the scraper features a battery charge-level indicator and two inbuilt LEDs to illuminate the work area, making it ideal for precision work or for use in dimly lit areas.
Supplied with mains charger (with adaptor to switch between BS UK 3-pin plug and 2-pin Euro plug), spare metal blade and blade holder. The charging time is approximately 2.5 – 3 hours and a full charge offers a continuous run time of around 35 minutes. Maximum temperature 230°C (446°F).
