Straighten coils of brake pipe quickly and easily with the new Laser Tools tube straightener, part no 5968. Makes your hand fabricated brake pipes look like factory replacements. Plus it is important that any tube bending operation begin with a straight tube. This will let match the exact bends of the original without dealing with twists in the new pipe.

The tool can be mounted in a vice or permanently mounted to a bench. Using a simple 5 wheel straightening method it works on any thin wall annealed brake pipe or tubing from 3/16" to 1/2" (4.75mm – 12.7mm), usually copper or copper-nickel. The wheels are adjusted for pipe size by a large knob on the top of the tool. Then using ratchet or spanner, turn the geared wheels to feed the pipe through the rollers; the smooth bearings of the steel rollers makes this an easy task.
