Useful HGV wheel stud thread restorer kit

This kit from Laser Tools (part number 5924) is designed to correctly align and restore damaged HGV wheel stud and bolt threads, leaving the undamaged and restored threads perfectly aligned.
The split design allows the two halves of the thread restorer to be fitted to the good thread (usually at the base of the stud), and then wound back over the damaged thread, straightening and restoring.
The set includes four split dies to suit the most common HGV wheel stud sizes: M18 x 1.5, M20 x 1.5, M22 x 1.5 and 7/8" x 11 BSF. The adaptor hex size is 22mm.
