This new rack end removal tool from Laser Tools (part number 5926) is a simple and versatile solution for removing the rack end / inner track rod without first having to remove the steering rack from the car, and offers a number of advantages:
• Time saver: no need to remove the track rod end — just slide the tool over and onto knuckle.
• Super-versatile — fits knuckles with hex drive, two flats or round ends.
• Suitable for steering rack knuckles with a diameter of 25-55mm.
